The primary brief here was to create an additional 2 bedrooms to bring this modest 3 bedroom house to 5 bedrooms at first floor. We re-arranged the ground floor to convert the garage into a study and create a large, open plan kitchen/dining room linking to an adjacent family/games room and also created a large utility/laundry room to suit the requirements of a growing family.
